Chick-fil-A any day!

Every southerner grew up eating Chick-fil-a and all its delicious and heavenly offerings, but we also knew we didn't have a snowball's chance in hell of enjoying it on the Lord's day, Sunday. That's right, Mr. Truett Cathy stuck to his morals and even though the masses demanded it over the years, they are not open on Sundays, except when blessing people with free meals during times of crisis.

What were we to do about those Sunday cravings? Some of my friends planned ahead during our college years and get a few chicken sandwiches to go on Saturday so that on Sunday they could satisfy those needs.

But we aren't college kids anymore, and luckily we have another option. A fresher option. A just-as-delicious option that you can fix right in your own kitchen!

MEAL KITS!

Everything you need to cook a yummy chicken dish comes wrapped up in a wonderful box, and you can even swing through the drive-thru to pick up one of these blessings in box!

The Chicken Flatbread from scratch comes with: marinated and seasoned chicken breasts, cheese, 2 flatbread pieces, bacon bits, and two delicious toppings if you like a creamy ranch drizzle or the spicy kick of a red pepper glaze.

Sure it sounds good - but how hard is it to make? Well - just a few easy steps and 30 minutes later we were enjoying our flatbreads!

Cook the chicken in a skillet on the stove while the flatbread is crisping in the oven!

Slice the cooked chicken, and layer on top of the flatbread cheese-meat-more cheese, then sprinkle on the bacon bits! Bake the flatbreads for a little longer, and as you open up your oven it will seem like the clouds have too parted and the heavens are opening up letting the light from The Lord shine down upon you as well!

We also tried the Pan Roasted Chicken, and that comes with chicken breasts, potatoes, and a kale broccolini side! This also was so easy and ready in 30 minutes! The portions are to feed 2 people, but plated below, we served 4 people since we also shared the flatbreads! The chicken - HAND ON BIBLE HERE- was the best chicken I have ever cooked. It was the most tender chicken I have ever had. I don't know what kind of holy water they're feeding their chickens, but AMEN BROTHER BEN that stuff is good, and I am here for it!

All in all this is an excellent offering from Chick-fil-A, and I am so excited to try the other kits they are coming out with! I highly recommend both that I cooked, and also think the flatbreads would be good to be cut into smaller slices for an appetizer or snacks for a party!

Chick-fil-A Roswell Corners (1185 Woodstock Rd, Roswell, GA 30075) will be sure to take care of you and your meal kit needs, and I cannot say enough good things about this location! Go visit them and get your kit ASAP!

What would you love to see them offer next in a meal kit? Which has been your favorite kit so far?

Be on the lookout as they have some new options coming out in a few weeks! I can't wait to hear how everyone likes them!

Kindly,

Kristin

Much love to Chick-fil-A Roswell Corners for sponsoring this post!
