Holly Jolly Holiday Styles

Last weekend I had the joy of getting holly jolly with some of my favorite local blogger babes! I teamed up with (L-R) Kat from The Sassy Kat, Anna with Life & Lattes, Anila from Peplum & Bubblegum, and Brooke with Smiles & Stripes to bring you some of our favorite holiday looks for Christmas and New Years festivities! Whether you fancy fur, shine in sequins, feel vivacious in velvet or pretty in plaid, we have something for you!

We had been chatting for a while now but this was the first time we all met up and we had a blast! It was so nice to have some girl time, shoot with someone other than my Instagram husband - huge thanks to Rachel with VICI Photography - and enjoy all the holiday feels at Hotel Avalon!

Lets get to it with the fun styles, and you can click here to shop all of our looks!

1. Saucy Sequins

I love sequins because its something I can really see myself in - get it? Ha! These are just a flashy way of saying "I'm here to party, but I am also fancy."

Shop my look and my other favorite sequin finds here!

2. Fabulous Faux Fur

How CUTE is this shaggy jacket Brooke found? When I saw it, no lie - I went and got it a few days later and have already worn it twice in the last 4 days! It is under $20 and is so so soft! I also just loved her red poppy pants and think red is such a fun color year round - Christmas, Valentines, even around the 4th of July for all you office bosses!

Anila also rocked the fur AND sequins - check check for 2 of my favorite things to wear! The textures are so fun together and really complimented each other well!

3. VaVaVelvet

"She wore blueeee velvet..." So yes, I was able to get holiday hits out of my head and replaced it with some Lana Del Ray while typing up this post, but with this amazing blue velvet playsuit, how could I not? The fabric looks so expensive but y'all may not believe me that it is actually UNDER $25! Pair it with a sparkly little clutch or a faux fur jacket and you are going to WOW everyone and have a list of suitors waiting for ya under the mistletoe holla!!

4. Pretty and Popping Plaid

Kat put this outfit together in such a cute way that was totally unexpected - the plaid top with the pleated skirt, then adding a little dazzle with the sparkly belt and jewelry, and then finished off with a little faux fur wristlet! I absolutely love this look and hope that I can be more creative when it comes to putting pieces together like this!

What is your favorite holiday look to rock? Leave me a comment here or check out some more favorites on my Instagram!

I hope you are having a wonderful holiday season!

Much love,

Kristin
